Membership Terms

The cost per child is £45 a month for 1 class a week. All tuition is payable via the TEAMUP system on the 1st of the month. You will be sent a link after you take part in your trial class which costs £12.

If your child is a Little Ninja, you will be sent a link of where you can purchase the uniform.

We have a ‘What’s App’ chat for each of our classes – please be sure to give the coach your number so we can add you.

Please note: The monthly cost is for 1 class per week and the class must be attended on the same day each week. There are no make-up classes for absence or illness.

Once the initial payments have been made for membership and uniform, they are non-refundable as you are securing your child’s place in a high demand class

Monthly payment is based on a yearly lump sum for a 46-week year, spread over 12 monthly payments. The classes close for 6 weeks throughout the year. Always over the Xmas and NY break and then some discretionary holiday weeks.

There is no tuition break for these closures or your going on holiday.

Termination: Should you need to cancel your child’s membership you can do this via the TEAMUP system. You are required to pay a months notice. The tuition for the full month subsequent to the date of the email will be deducted as your notice so please factor that into your timing if you know you will be cancelling your membership (for example, if you give notice mid-May, the full month of June will be owed as notice).
